Send a personalized SlideShow in less than 5 minutes!

The beauty of nTouch is that with very little effort, you can be communicating like a pro. In this demo we're going to select an existing presentation developed by Dennis Williams, add a slide to personalize it, and email it. Literally in less than 5 minutes.

I just ran into a prospect. What do I do now?

Let's say you just had an encounter at Starbucks. He shared with you that he has trouble sleeping. Hmmm. So you express that if you had a solution that might allow him a decent night's sleep, would he be interested. And he said yes.
What now?
Well, consider this. You go home and log into nTouch.

You go to the Nikken library...

Select "Slides"...

And type "sleep" into the search field.

You are presented with all the slides that are related to sleep.

Then just select the first slide you want in your Slideshow and drag it to the Canvas. Then select "Convert to a Slideshow." You have just started your own new SlideShow based on this first slide.

Then go back to the library and select the next slide having to do with sleep. And drag and drop it up to the Slide Sorter palette. You can continue this process until you have the slides you want to share with your promising new prospect.

Then click "eMail" in the upper right corner and enter his email address, a subject and a personal message.

And click send. Within moments, you've responded to your prospect in a very proactive manner. It's that easy.

Give your eCards a personal video kick!

Sure, you can send an eCard in just a few minutes. But spend just a few more minutes and you can easily add a video to it. This adds a personal touch beyond compare. Imagine someone in your downline getting a personal video message about going Gold from you in their email! Pretty cool.

If you have a webcam on your computer (and know how to use it), simply record a short message. Webcam software isn’t always the easiest to use, but if you know how to use it, it’s a quick way to get it done.

However, there’s a really slick option out there that makes video super easy. It’s called a Flip Camera. You can get it at any decent electronics store. Best Buy has it for about 150 bucks. You simply point it at yourself, press record and deliver your message.

Then plug it into the USB port on your computer and the file shows up like it would from a flash drive.

Now that file (or the file from your webcam) can be uploaded to nTouch by using the “Upload Media” button on the library palette.

The video now resides in your library ready for use.

Drag the eCard you wish to send up to the Canvas and drag the video from your library onto the eCard. That’s it. Position and size the video, then enter your personal message in the text box.

Then click “email” in the upper right corner of the interface and you’re off to the races! Have fun.

I’m a new subscriber. How do I get started?

Okay, there’s the Nikken Library, the Shared Library, and My Library. Lots of stuff at my disposal. But I don’t know where, when and how to use it. That’s the beauty of nTouch. Here's a very easy, step-by-step tutorial on how to locate an existing SlideShow, copy it to your library and email it. It's a process that only takes about 5 minutes. Take a look:

1. Limit your search

Let's say you have a prospect that’s interested in nutrition (it could be any topic, but let’s use nutrition for this example). So let’s search the Nikken Library for a SlideShow on nutrition.

Click on the “Nikken Library” tab in the library.

Next select the “SlideShow” icon in the library palette. This will limit our search results to only SlideShows.

Then, type “nutrition” in the Search field. This will automatically reduce those things in the Nikken SlideShow Library to only those related to nutrition. In just a few clicks, we’ve focused in on a SlideShow that has ALREADY BEEN CREATED on nutrition.

2. Drag it to the Canvas

How do I take advantage of this? Simply drag-and-drop it to the canvas.

Select “Copy to my Library.”

And click “Add” to finalize the process.

It makes a copy of the SlideShow in my (your) library. It makes a copy because we don’t want people making changes to those presentations in the master libraries. Now that it’s in your library, you are free to make changes as you wish.

3. Make changes (if any)

You can now browse through the slides to make sure it’s what you want to say. Let’s say for this demo that it’s just fine. For clarification, you can delete slides, add new ones or create some from scratch. But let’s not make this too complicated.

4. Email it.

Just select the “email” button in the upper right corner.

From here, just enter the person’s email in the “To:” box. The subject is already entered.

Over to the right, you can enter a personal message to the prospect. As you can see, your contact info is already in place at the bottom of the email.

Then click “Send.” You’re done. The prospect will receive your presentation in his or her email.

That's all there is to it. We invite you to check in often to find out more about the power that nTouch offers you in building your business.
